The back story…

Aycock Wealth Management joined Center Street Securities, Inc. (CSS) as its broker-dealer in 2013 and remained with CSS until December 2023 when its closing was announced. In December 2020 a firm out of Chicago, IL purchased CSS and Arete Wealth Management owned and operated CSS. When it was announced that CSS was ceasing operations it was something that we knew would eventually happen, we just didn’t know when. My focus and thoughts immediately turned to you - my clients and how my next steps were determined by you. A prior role as a Due Diligence Officer with CSS benefitted me greatly in having numerous contacts with various broker-dealers and ultimately the path forward became more and more clear that Cabin Securities, Inc. would allow me the best opportunity to serve all my client needs for the next 20+ years.

We have an opportunity. To use an automotive analogy… this is an opportunity for the mechanic to take a look under the hood or do a full 100 point inspection as part of their service mission to his clients. In my 20+ years in the business I’ve never charged a consultative fee and I’m not starting now. Or if you simply want to make sure the tires are balanced, I can do that too… But the first step is grabbing some time on my calendar and knowing your basic financial picture so we can get to work.
